Atma Upanishad We are pleased to announce a special series of Hatha yoga classes. Our instructor, Duncan, has just returned from a month of instruction at a leading yoga ashram in Mysore India. The hatha class involves instruction in a particular style of focussed and carefully paced yoga, including flow elements, balancing, standing and seated postures. The focus is on the use of asana (postures) to achieve a mindful and focused state of mind. The classes are completed with yogic breathing instruction and meditation. The yoga practice is fully nude , for men only. Classes are held at a venue in Hout Bay from 10am until midday on Sundays. You need to be in the gates by 9h55.
