Join us for another Cape Men's Yoga and Meditation session. Our practice is nude yoga - bringing the body, mind and spirit together in an honest and transparent way. The aim is to build a community of practice, able to learn together, teach together and support each other's journeys to a calm mind, healthier body and wholesome lifestyle.

Men often come to the group because they are looking for something authentic, something that goes to the core of our modern challenges. We not only teach physical yoga, but also take time to explore how the mind and body interact, where happiness comes from, how to destress, and how to sustain a life that is meaningful and good-hearted. We all deserve happiness in life, and this is a space where we explore the meaning of such happiness.

Can't touch your toes? Fine, time to start yoga this Sunday. Can't calm your busy mind? Fine, bring your mind with you and we'll help you find a practice to still the mind and open up your potential for happiness and relaxation.

The class is two hours long, 10h00 until noon on Sundays. Qualified teachers provide guidance in yoga asana, mostly in the vinyasa-ashtanga style, complemented with pranayama yogic breathing and meditation. Beginners are welcome. The venue is in Hout Bay. Classes are free, donations are welcome to assist with the venue. You will need a sweat towel, water bottle and best to have your own yoga mat.
