Discover yourself - Sunday 01 March 2015
Cape Men's nude yoga and meditation this Sunday 01 March 2015
We have three gifted and qualified yoga instructors running our weekly classes. This gives you an opportunity to explore different styles and emphasis in a holistic practice of yoga practice. We emphasise the wellness of mind, body and spirit. Our yoga is designed for a range of ages, fitness levels and experience. There is something for everyone without needing to create a competitive environment or even put your clothes on.
Join us this Sunday, 10 am until noon for a two hour yoga vinyasa flow and meditation. This will be a class oriented to exploring our mind body relationship, getting all parts of your body involved in movement and mindfulness, while encouraging the mind to observe in serene silence.
You should bring your own yoga mat (some extras for the drop ins), a sweat towel and you may want a water bottle. It is a voluntary practice and we welcome donations to cover our great inner city venue. There is secure parking. Classes usually range from between 10 to 20 men of all ages and backgrounds.
If you have any injuries or medical issues, we highly recommend you consult a physician prior to doing yoga and advise the instructor before class. The practice is at your own risk while we take every precaution to encourage you practice safely and wisely.
Shed some kilos, get back some flexibility, start a new relationship with yourself - whatever your calling, bring it with you.
