Cape Men's Yoga is pleased to announce that Lance Hoagland from Chicago will be giving a special guest class in Cape Town at our regular venue on Sunday 05 March 2017. Please ensure to book to get a place. Lance Hoagland is a 500hr Certified Advanced Yoga Teacher specializing in vinyasa flow. Teaching a well-rounded class, Lance weaves asana and breath work into a unique experience with a focus on bringing presence and awareness to both body and mind. February Cape Men's Yoga classes: Cancellation on 19 February!

 This month we have two guest teachers from the Cape Men's Yoga teaching team. 12 Feb 2017 - Eugene will be leading a vinyasa flow class. Eugene is known for his clean and clear teaching style. With years of aerobics and dance, he comes to yoga with a calm and athletic style, beautifully coreographed to create a flow. Most regrettably we have had to suddenly cancel Craig's class on Sunday 19 February. Our venue is doing a teachers' training course and needs to use the whole space. Heaven & Earth Summer Retreat 2017

Here are some images from the Heaven & Earth summer retreat. The retreat worked with the theme of the five koshas - the five sheaths of our being - physical, energetic, mind, wisdom and bliss. We had yoga, meditation, nature walks, nature talks, labyrinth walking, a creative project where we printed paint from our bodies onto canvas, a pilates lesson, a forest ritual dance and a massage class. The overwhelming experience was one of kindness, brotherhood, freedom and authenticity. Sometimes just being naked with other men allows you to be exactly who you were born to be, without fear, without hesitation, trusting and at peace. It was beautiful. Our next retreat is in mid-August again in the Overberg, Western Cape, South Africa. Namaste The End
