SPECIAL LESBIAN GAY BISEXUAL TRANSGENDERED YOGA CLASS FOR CAPE TOWN PRIDE For five years, Cape Men's Yoga has been providing community-based yoga to the men of Cape Town. Whereas CMY is a voluntary yoga and meditation practice for ALL MEN, of all backgrounds, regardless of sexual orientation, embracing our many faiths, our ethnic diversity and a wide range of ages - we recognise that the LGBTI PRIDE event is a unique opportunity for us to share what we do with ALL the people of Cape Town. With the support of LUBRIMAXXX personal lubricants, we'll be offering a special 2 hour yoga class on Sunday 21 February 2016 from 10 am until noon, and then a one hour socialising event with cool drinks at a special funky venue in Killarney Gardens. This is going to be radical and we invite you to join us. Total newbies to yoga are welcome, as well as regular yoga practitioners. It will be a hatha flow class - fun and a bit challenging too.
