Cape Men's nude yoga and meditation this Sunday 01 March 2015 We have three gifted and qualified yoga instructors running our weekly classes. This gives you an opportunity to explore different styles and emphasis in a holistic practice of yoga practice. We emphasise the wellness of mind, body and spirit. Our yoga is designed for a range of ages, fitness levels and experience. There is something for everyone without needing to create a competitive environment or even put your clothes on. Join us this Sunday, 10 am until noon for a two hour yoga vinyasa flow and meditation. This will be a class oriented to exploring our mind body relationship, getting all parts of your body involved in movement and mindfulness, while encouraging the mind to observe in serene silence. You should bring your own yoga mat (some extras for the drop ins), a sweat towel and you may want a water bottle. Summer Encounters - some voices and images from our 2015 summer retreat

Cape Men's Yoga held its sixth retreat over the weekend of 29 January to 01 February 2015. Each retreat has been a profound journey for those participating. We combine a mix of yoga asana practice, meditation instruction, self-understanding sessions, and some other practices including nature walks, mantra chanting and massage instruction. For the Summer Encounters theme with worked with mindfulness of our relationships: relationship with nature, relationship with ourselves, relationship with other men, and relationship with the Divine or higher energy of the universe. We are back from our amazing Summer Encounters retreat. We'll share some photos and stories from this rich experience of community and practice. This coming Sunday, 08 February 2015, Craig will be leading a yoga flow class that picks up on the theme of the crown chakra (sahasrara). This is the highest point on the body and is associated with our highest values, the greater meaning of the universe, and if you so believe, in the Creator, the universal energy, the Divine energy. It will be a regular yoga class with an uplifting focus and time for meditation on the blessings of life. CMY is a voluntary practice with qualified yoga instructors. It is a nude men's practice, every Sunday for two hours. Best to bring your own mat but we have extras. We welcome a diversity of men, from different backgrounds, levels of fitness, age, belief systems. The purpose is to build a caring community of practice - experiencing all of the yogic tradition including body movement (asana), me
