is one of the most famous lines from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. The Yoga Sutras are considered the definitive ancient Indian work setting out the philosophy of yoga, examining the capacity of the human mind to achieve full liberation from our daily lives. Welcome to another Sunday session of Cape Men's Yoga. We are a community yoga collective, promoting authentic practice of naked men's yoga and meditation. The group has been running for four years and has built a strong network of committed yogis, with new guys joining regularly.  This week's class will focus on the basics of yoga. If you have been thinking of starting or restarting yoga, it is a good class to begin with. We'll move slowly and steadily through all of the basic yoga moves, exploring the use of bandhas, alignment, and engagement of the muscles or muscle stacking for a safe and focussed practice.  We practice various different styles with several qualified teachers. Read the FAQs for more information.  Class starts at 10am - you need to be there before class starts as we lock the door. Two hour practice. Some of the yoga is physically demanding, so alert the instructor if you have any injuries or medical conditions. Work at your own level

#capemensyoga #nakedmaleyoga #nudeyoga Bhakti yoga class on Sunday 06 September 2015 Spring energy is with us. We have entered the final lunar cycle ahead of the Spring Equinox. Heavy rain has nourished the land and the mountains are roaring with waterfalls and heavy with the scent of Spring flowers and fynbos. Come and join us for a flowing session of Bhakti vinyasa yoga this Sunday. Bhakti is the tradition of devotion. This can be devotion to God, your spiritual path, or devotion to the living universe that has manifested you within it. Whatever you feel grateful for, learn from, honour and value - come and move your body and heart to express that. If you do not have a sense of spirituality, come and enjoy the workout, if you come with a specific spiritual tradition, get naked and be immersed in that joy of contemplative movement and meditation. Bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and a voluntary donation. Classes led by a qualified instructor. Make sure to get there befo
