Be the light of change and blessings - Namaste over the holidays - see you in January 2016

Dear Yoga brothers, We had our last class of 2015. We celebrated our community, our practice and our journey to a unified consciousness of embracing our own lives and our place in the global ecosystem and energy of the universe. Each and every one of you shape the world through your thoughts, actions and engagement. Meanwhile, wishing you blessings, peace and serenity during the holiday period. Whatever your religion, language, culture or family context we hope that you connect with your inner truth and share this light with those around you. Be the change, use your powers of co...

We can concentrate on the discomfort and pierce that with our mind, or we can let go of that worry and focus on the larger context of comfort and peace. The choice is ours. In this week's class we move in the opposite direction - it is all about how flow of the body and its energy lines creates a steady peaceful focus on the mind. Join us this week for a vinyasa flow yoga class where we integrate elements of t'ai chi movement, balancing, breath-work - with the aim of finding serenity within a natural flow of the body's ability to move. We run an all nude men's voluntary yoga space. Men of all backgrounds and abilities welcome. Beginners step on up to your first class. Donations are welcome. For...
