REUNION - Rediscover your world Cape Town, South Africa Yes, it is happening. We are very proud to announce that Cape Men's Yoga will hold one of its extraordinary weekend retreats, 24 - 26 August 2018. It is a weekend of naked yoga, meditation, self-exploration, movement, art and creativity, for men, by men, whatever your sexual orientation. The weekend is for men who already have a yoga practice. Regrettably, no beginners may attend as it is too physically demanding. Bookings are open now. We will take only 21 men for this  retreat. At this stage we have five teachers attending, including various styles of yoga and pilates. There will be a TRE class that works with shaking as a form of emotional release. We will have several creative projects with some very gifted teachers. All of our yoga teachers are professionally certified. They donate their time in this wonderous effort of co-creation. Dear yogis, After our just incredible, uplifting and energising weekend retreat - Heaven & Earth - at the beautiful Bodhi Khaya we are back on the mat at our southern suburbs venue. We can only accommodate 27 guys per class so please let us know if you want to attend. Also, note that Body Mind Breath - the sister community project yoga is doing the 108 Sun Salutations on Friday 27 January to raise money for the prison yoga project. You can find them on Facebook. FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF AFRICA's ONLY NAKED YOGA GROUP This is just a teaser note to get you to mark your diaries. Cape Men's Yoga is celebrating its Fifth Anniversary on Sunday 26 June 2016. Literally hunderds of men have stripped down and sweated it out on the mat with us. Some have stayed for years on end, some only came by on their holidays. We've had members from 20 years old up to 76 years of age. Our members have included Christians, Muslims, Jews, Atheists, Hindus, Buddhists and Spiritualists of every shape and size. We'll be having our regular class in the southern suburbs of Cape Town followed by some hot vegetarian food and a lekker kuier of the manne. Please join us.
