Sunday 16 October 2016 Join us for another one of the Spring adventure series of naked men's yoga classes. After the Cape winter has come to a close, Spring is in the air, flowers are blooming across the mountains, the whales a swimming in our seas - it could not get more beautiful here. And the men are coming in numbers to class - bring it on! Cape Men's Yoga offers a safe and focussed space for men of all sexual orientations to experience yoga, meditation, pranayama and a community fellowship. It is about a brotherhood of caring and supporting each other's growth, spiritual awakening and a practice of living well. CMY is all about building a clearer relationship between the body, mind and spirit, as well as building up trust and fellowship between men of diverse backgrounds. Drop your issues and your shorts. Yes, another 2 hours of men's nude yoga this Sunday in central Cape Town. We get naked with our bodies, our hearts, our minds, our strengths and our frailties. Through the use of yoga, pranayama breathing and meditation we build a community of practice for self-affirmation, understanding, solidarity and hope. Be part of it. The class is all nude, traditional yoga practice for two hours. This week's class will be a flowing vinyasa-ashtanga style - one that combines strength, flexibility, focus and flow. It is accompanied by instruction in breathing and meditation. Whatever your need is, come and find out if this is going to be a valuable set of life skills and community you want to be part of. Ages range from 20s to 70s and everything in between. The men are of different levels of fitness and agility. You start where you are - both with body and mind.
