Deadline for retreat deposits Yogi brothers, we have got 15 confirmed people paid up for the Cape Men's Yoga retreat from 19 to 21 September 2013 in the Overberg. If you are intending to join us, please make sure your R500 deposit is paid by 29 June (latest). For banking details contact capemensyoga (AT) gmail.com The current programme includes a range of yoga practices. Retreatants include a range of yoga levels, people from the core group and newcomers. Yogi brothers, Our instructors are either out of the country or teaching on Sundays at other yoga centres. We ask you patience and we'll be back at the Hout Bay centre in July. Meanwhile, the deadline approaches for booking for the Bodhi Khaya yoga and meditation retreat, 19-21 July. R500 deposits are due to secure your place on the retreat. Two hour practice including pranayama breathing, vinyasa yoga asana sequences and meditation. Bring a sweat towel and mat. Secure parking available.
