No classes over the holidays - but guest teaching in Montreal

For more info contact us on capemensyoga AT gmail.com Our lead teacher will however be giving a guest vinyasa nude yoga class at Mudraforce in Montreal, Sunday 22 December at 17h00. Last two places left at our Cape Men's Yoga summer retreat: 09 - 12 January 2014 near Gansbaai. Namaste
