Join us this Sunday at 10h00 for another Cape Men's Yoga & Meditation session.

Beginners, intermediate and advanced levels all welcome. Two hour practice including pranayama breathing, vinyasa yoga asana sequences and meditation.

Bring a sweat towel and mat. Secure parking available.

Also, deposits are due for the Cape Men's Yoga retreat weekend near Gansbaai, 19 - 21 July 2013. Accommodation available for single occupancy, double, shared or dormitory. Vegetarian gourmet catering.
