All ages, all body types, many faiths and traditions, many journeys and a shared path. We combine yoga asana, pranayama breathing and meditation to help you find your levels of fitness, well-being, restorative efforts and your path in life.
Beginners are welcome. Classes are free - donations welcome to cover the venue. Bring a sweat towel and a yoga mat.
